Our programs start from €300 per 4 weeks, depending on the program and frequency. During your free intake we’ll discuss what fits your situation and budget. No hidden costs.

We train in Amsterdam in a private studio in the Jordaan. Online coaching is also available, fully remote. Contact us for exact location details.

Absolutely. We coach people of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Your plan is built around where you are now, not around some average.

Most clients start with a 12-week program. That’s enough time to achieve real, visible results. Many clients continue afterwards or move on to a next program.

Each program targets a specific goal: Body Transformation focuses on fat loss and body composition, Hybrid Strength combines strength and conditioning, Athletic Performance is sport-specific, and so on. In your free intake we advise which program fits you best.

Yes. We offer both in-person and fully online programs. Online clients receive a personal plan, weekly WhatsApp check-ins and monthly video evaluations.
